At present, dehumidifier products are widely used in all walks of life. According to the actual working conditions of customers, we provide customers with professional humidity solutions, and describe the performance characteristics and brand services of the products, so as to meet the specific needs of customers. However, we ignored the relationship between the materials used on the Dehumidifier and the service environment, which caused short-term damage and increased failure rate. To this end, the following is a brief introduction to some situations that may cause an increase in failure rate under industry conditions:

1. Refrigerant industries that are prone to causing leakage of evaporator&condenser: furniture factories, wood factories, wooden sofa factories, leather goods factories, guitar and musical instrument factories, some printing factories, food seasoning factories, and various industries such as Chinese and Western medicine factories all contain certain acidic substances in their raw materials, When the water on the evaporator is mixed with some substances containing acidic gases or dust in the environment, it is easy to produce acidic water or acid liquid, which is equivalent to the copper pipes of the evaporator being soaked in acidic water for a long time and operating for a long time, which is easy to corrode the copper pipes and form sand holes, leading to refrigerant leakage. This is the reason why refrigerant leakage is easy to occur in a short period of time (especially in the high-temperature and high humidity wood industry). In addition, during the after-sales tracking process, it was found that the normal operation of the condenser without moisture did not lead to refrigerant leakage in the same industry environment compared to the above. Therefore, by simply synthesizing the above information, it can be understood that as long as the evaporator produces condensate water without acid water from other substances, it can ensure that the two devices will not be corroded or damaged in the short term

Solution: (1) It is recommended to thicken the copper pipes of the two devices or undergo anti-corrosion treatment. Other electronic control systems can be equipped as standard; (2) Maintain the two filters and filter screen regularly (rinse with clean water). (3) It is not recommended to place the Dehumidifier in high temperature and humidity to directly dry and dehumidify (drying room), These powdery substances with oily or sweet properties can easily form viscous and thick liquids on the surfaces of the two condensers, which is not conducive to the heat exchange function between the evaporator and condenser, and can easily cause overheating, shutdown, and poor water output effect. Compared to other industries, the phenomenon of short-term refrigerant leakage is not as fast (usually lasting 2-3 years). However, compared to other ordinary warehouses, the risk of refrigerant leakage is relatively higher. Therefore, in the sales process, customers with conditions can be advised to use anti-corrosion. Even if customers do not agree to use anti-corrosion, we can also serve as a suggestion to inform them. There are also foundries (metal pendants, metal jewelry). Generally, the dust and soil in foundries are severe, and copper pipes do not need to be specially used for anti-corrosion. However, it is recommended to use stainless steel material for the end plates on both sides Solution: (1) Encrypt the electronic control system to prevent dust; (2) Encrypt the filter screen to prevent a large amount of dust inhalation from affecting the heat exchange function of the two devices; (3) Regularly encrypt and clean the filter screen and rinse the two devices

3. Remarks: Generally, high dust, high temperature environment, salt, and environment contain certain inorganic gases (flow of dioxide, chlorine, ammonia, etc.), and organic gases (alcohol, Glycol ethers, aldehyde, etc.), which may cause refrigerant leakage of both units
