The dehumidifier works in two ways - by condensation (cooling the air to remove moisture using techniques similar to refrigerators) or by absorption/adsorption (where moisture is absorbed into dry materials or adsorbed onto dry materials and then removed)

Working principle of Dehumidifier

Working principle of condensing Dehumidifier 2. An electric fan transports air to the interior of the machine 3. Warm air is circulated through a refrigerant cooling tube. (Note: We have simplified this part of the machine, which is like a small air conditioner or refrigerator, circulating coolant through pumps and compressors.). When the air cools, the water it contains becomes liquid water, which drips down from the pipeline 4. There is no moisture now, and the air passes through the heating element (similar to the heating element in a fan heater) and warms back to its original temperature 5. Warm and dry air is blown back into the room through another grille 6. Moisture in the air drips into the water tank (or bucket) at the bottom of the machine When the water tank is full, the plastic float in the machine rises When the float is full, the float will turn off the electric fan and turn on the indicator light, indicating that the machine needs to be emptied

Working principle of adsorption Dehumidifier

Not all Dehumidifier work through refrigeration. Some people use water retaining materials to "drag" out moisture from the air and then "squeeze" the moisture to remove it

How does it work?

1. Wet air is sucked in from the room through pipes 2. Air moves through a large rotating wheel made of absorbent material to remove moisture 3. Air is drawn in by a fan driven by an electric motor 4. Dry air is blown back into the room 5. The air pipeline below is maintained at high temperature through an electric heating element (yellow) 6. The moisture absorption wheel rotates through the heated air space and blows superheated air to dry it 7. Air is sucked in by fans and motors similar to those above 8. Hot moist air is blown out through the exhaust pipe

The entire process is controlled by a thermostat and humidity sensor, so you can make the room dry and dry as needed. The black lines you can see on the right and bottom of the picture mostly display the circuits that control the machine. The main room thermostat is located at the top and is displayed in gray
